Can I change the color or size of an item I just ordered?
Due to an automatic ordering system, order modifications are no longer possible once your order has been placed
online. However we will endeavour to assist you if the order has not yet been packaged. Please email us at
info@yogashop.ie and we may be able to do a late change. No guarantees but we will try.

How can I use a Yogashop.ie Coupon Code or Gift Voucher online?
To redeem a coupon code:
1. When you are ready to check out, click the shopping bag at the top right of your screen and then
View Cart.
2. Below your cart on the left-hand side, there is a Discount Code box. Be sure to avoid including a
space before the promotion code, which sometimes happens if you cut and paste from an email or
other electronic communication.
3. Select Apply Coupon and look for the discount to apply in your total on the right-hand side of the
screen, before continuing.
NOTE: The majority of our promotions cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. It is
always best to check the terms and conditions for specific rules and order eligibility.
Can I apply a promotional code to a past purchase?
Sorry. We are unable to apply promotional codes and discounts to past purchases.
Why is my coupon code invalid?
If you receive a message saying that your coupon code is invalid, it could be due to any of the following reasons:
• The promotion has expired.
• The promotion cannot be used with the items you want to purchase.
• Promotional items may be missing from your cart.
• The promotion cannot be combined with any other offer.

How do I get my Yogashop.ie mat to lie flat after it has been rolled up?
If you store your mat rolled up, try rolling it so the top surface is facing outwards. This keeps the
corners of the mat flat when practicing.
How do I care for my Yoga mat?
Yoga mats should be stored in a cool, dry place. The material is sensitive to heat so direct sunlight
may damage the mat.
To clean your Yoga mat, wipe it down with a warm water solution made by adding a few drops of
tea tree oil to a bowl of warm water. Allow to dry or pat it dry with paper towels. Do not use while
wet or slippery.
We do not recommend spraying your mat with a garden hose,using the shower, soaking it in the
bathtub, putting it in the washing machine, or using a vacuum cleaner, as any of these will likely
damage the mat beyond repair. You can however lightly brush the mat with a soft bristle brush to
keep dust free.
